The Sussex Vale Guild and the Akerly Guild are hosting the New Brunswick Gathering of the Guilds 2010 at Sussex,NB. Each guild is making items to be included in the decorations, delegate bags and door prizes. These are examples of one of the above mentioned items. They are fun to do with a little bit of sewing and a little bit of glue gun activity.
I learned how to make them in a day workshop where the two guilds met and spent the day creating. This was only one of the activities on the go that day. Not only did we have a lot of fun, learned something different , we had tea and cookies...what more could you ask for.
These will be going to the Sussex coordinator along with anything else she asks us to make. I bet her craft room is getting crowded.
