I finally sat down and sewed the last border on my 12 days of Christmas. Now I have to put it in the frame and quilt it. I would like to have it done for our quilt show in September. As much as I like the poinsettia fabric on the outside border I know that any quilting I do will not be seen...that's the down side of big pattern (and dark) fabric. I will add the embellishments after it's quilted....ribbons attached to the rings at the bottom and the ring that I have to attach to the pear tree...always things left to do.....
