This is called "Cat Nap Tea Cozy" I made one for a friend for Christmas one year and really liked it. Since I don't have a tea cozy of my own I figured it was about time. I found the pattern at http://www.craftown.com/ in their patterns and projects section. I searched a lot of tea cozy patterns until I found this one. It did the trick since my friend is a cat lover.
