The nice thing is they are always ready to share some love. I think your lessons learned are good ones.

I will have to search the recipe for Creamsicle cake, sounds really good!Cynthia L.http://HomeMatters1st.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3311413718499871594.post-37076962526728629512010-06-16T21:35:24.386-03:002010-06-16T21:35:24.386-03:00Good for you! To include a link in your post, when you want to put a link, put in the person's name (or whatever word you are using, ie. their blog, the word "here"...) then highlight it and click on the little link icon at the top of your post... a box will pop up and all you have to do is put in the url (ie. http://blog...)... best way is to go to their blog and the specific post, copy the address form the address line (the http part), then paste it into that box... you now have a link... hope that helps... if not, just ask and I will send you a screen shot.... (I freely give this lesson because I looooooove creamsicles and so I am sure I'd love this cake... heh heh heh).... Something you can do that frees you from worrying about how you are doing and gives you practice is just make some nice size practice "sandwiches" and have at it. There is a great blog with a video each day you might want to look at - freemotionquilting.blogspot.com and I am sure you can find lots of others on line, too.
