Empty Frame..what shall I do??

I hate to see my quilting frame empty...I really do...but I also love to take one out of the frame, all quilted and put the binding on.  This one has leftover bindings, strung together and machine stitched in place...it's the only machine stitching on this quilt. I finished hand sewing the binding last night while watching lousy television...DH is not a movie watcher so out of deference to him I watched crappy tv. He's off to the camp for a couple of days so I will pig out on movies while he is gone...get my fix, so to speak.
When not watching movies, I will machine quilt this table runner. I bought some pretty variegated thread...not quite neon thread but pretty close. Since the backing on this is black also, it should show up...a method to my madness, I need to see how bad(or good...I am ever hopeful) my machine quilting actually is.  It will also keep my little brain occupied not thinking about my two daughters who are now in Dubai...it's not like they are little girls or anything...I mean really, they are adults and very capable adults at that...I guess it just means once a Momma , always a Momma...

Hi Gail, Saw your beautiful quilt on Facebook. Congratulations, well deserved. Your hand quilting is exquisite! I own a quilt shop in Fonthill, Ontario and we would love to teach this in our store. Please let me know if you are interested in selling patterns or the rights to publish. Thanks, Kelly Corfe. www.thequiltbee.com

i, too, would love to have the pattern/directions to making that beautifully done star quilt with the little patchwork patches in the middle. There aren't many star quilts that intrigue me of late but this one, I cannot get out of my mind. Would gladly pay for the pattern. quiltin_genbug@hotmail.com
