I'M BACK!!

It's been almost a month since my last post. ...a hectic month. I've actually been quilting but not that much. Between  doing some work for my former boss for nearly a month and having very sore finger tips...I put this quilt on hold. I got at it again today and realized that one more roll and it will be finished..yea!!!

Faith was thoroughly disgusted with me when I took this picture. It was close to her supper time and I kept putting her off with "just one more thing".

Dogs are such creatures of habit...supper time is supper time and not five minutes later...doncha know!!!!

And of course, here's my Tigger....look at those yellow eyes...I've said all along there's a demon in there somewhere.  Not to be indelicate but, notice the white spot in Tigger's nose...it's rawhide bone remnants.  She chews so vigorously (you should see my sheets, my sneakers, my jeans, my former bathmats...) she gets the rawhide on everything, on her ruff, her snout and up her nose. She is without doubt the funniest dog we've ever had the fortune to adopt. We call her our 'wild child'.

This is the miniature that I've been playing with at night while I listen to the tv. I say listen because I cannot see to do this close hand  work with my glasses on (I'm myopic) and I cannot see the tv without my glasses....Catch 22.  I like making minis and will probably make some more since I have way too many bed quilts and actually no room to even store some more...what a complaint, hey???

Welcome back. I missed you. I don't see pictures of your puppies but I can just picture them.

I see you had trouble with blogger and pictures uploading like I did yesterday. Try reposting this so maybe the pictures will come through and we can see your lovely finish and your furry little friends.

Your mini quilt is amazing! I, too, "watch" tv while doing hand work. It's either that or fall asleep - lol! Your fuzzy family members are adorable!
