Dear Jane obsessed!!!

I've been steadily working along on my Dear Jane quilt. In this group there are only a couple that come from the actual Dear Jane patterns, the rest come from EQ6. I absolutely love the fact that I can pick a pattern , downsize it to 4.5 inches , print out the pattern; whether paper pieced, pieced or applique and work away. I have a stack of them all waiting to be put together. I am at 117 squares finished at the moment...have the alphabet (paper piecing) and of course, numbers to do...which will bring me up to 154...then I'll only have 42 left to do...nope, I won't have it finished before the summer. As our GPS voice says..".recalculating"...I hope to have it in the frame before Christmas.

Thought you might like to see a picture our daughter Kirstin, took at Fundy park...amazing how things will grow anywhere..just a little dirt, some rain and sun and voila...a tree on a rock...

Wow, you have accomplished a lot. I love the blue bird and the lady bug! Can't wait to see the finished product.

Your daughter's photo is nice. It is interesting what nature comes up with.

My goodness this quilt top is coming along... I enjoy seeing your progress and every one of them looks lovely... love the "tree around the rock"... where I love, we have lots of trees that grow "out of the rocks" and it is truly amazing! Hugs.

You are amazing. If I were to do a Dear Jane, I'd have to be part of a group to keep me motivated.
